As a being having a unique human experience, we project all the time. The way we perceive our reality is inherently a projection of our inner world... The role of a healer is to catapult positive change within the client. Contrary to popular belief, trauma is not what happens to us, but rather how the event gets interpreted by our nervous system. This means that the experience of trauma is highly person-specific... The human body sends 11 million bits of sensory information per second to the brain for processing, yet only 50 bits of information per second actually get processed by the conscious mind. Believe it or not, each of us has many voices inside our head. There’s the voice telling you that you’re hungry while at work. There’s another voice ruminating over a recent conversation with a friend. There may be a third voice silently planning your next vacation behind all the mental chatter. What most people do, is they compare themselves to other people in order to get a read on where they stand in ‘the game of life’, in relation to them. The truth is that in hypnosis, our minds are more receptive to new ideas because the filters of our conscious mind are subsided. In this article, I want to highlight what to look for as a client when witnessing your own transformation post-session(s). When you think about it, the whole world is really your oyster. Your life is nothing but a projection of the beliefs you hold inside of you. Personal Development, whether through coaching, therapy or healing is a commitment and investment in yourself.
